Barn & Venue
● ACTIVECurrent status
The stage is now confirmed at 28' × 14'. VIP remains 12' × 14'. Lowe's windows are purchased and Simonton windows are no longer required.
Baby Playland
● ACTIVE — DESIGN LOCKDOWNCurrent status
Outdoor play area beside the north side of the barn, gravel outside and turf in the play area. Fence fabric is 36" high. The base target is 2" high × 4" wide, painted black, using AZEK.
Bridge & Water
● ACTIVECurrent status
The bridge base is 52" wide × 12' long. The crossing is intended to sit low enough for water to flow over the Trex deck rather than function as a conventional span. Reclaimed flat concrete/riprap is being considered as the erosion-resistant base.
The adjacent roughly 12' × 12' small pond is also being explored as a future plunge pool using reclaimed concrete for the structural shell and a smooth waterproof interior finish.
Observatory
● ACTIVEBeck's Creek Ranch Observatory remains planned at approximately 12'6" × 9'8" with a 14' center observing pad, ranch-matched exterior, telescope equipment and dedication signage.
Phoenix Rises
● ACTIVEThe Phoenix solar-car restoration has a 20' × 15' bay target, with the car footprint approximately 5' × 12'. Current garage imagery remains conceptual and open to team changes.
BCR Bourbon
● ACTIVEPilot remains approximately 180 bottles, wheated bourbon aged at least five years, target 105–115 proof. Bardstown Bourbon Company handles the first release; the long-term bottling partner is not yet selected.
Pana Historical Society
● ACTIVEHeritage Corridor and depot planning continue. The city parcel remains 240' × 120'. The possible building near Dairy Queen remains a contingency option, not a replacement decision.
Web & Media
● ACTIVERose City Sound Project, Beck's Creek Friends & Neighbors trivia, YouTube growth and the broader ranch storytelling work remain active. The current YouTube milestone is the road from 600 subscribers toward 1,000.
